01 What is the duration of the classes?

Classes have a duration of 50 minutes.

02 How long does my class pack last?

The packs have a duration of 30 days from the first class booked.

03 What are the accepted payment methods?

We accept cash, bank transfer, debit and/or credit cards, and Bizum.

04 How far in advance should I cancel a class to avoid using up the credit?

Through Mindbody, you must cancel 6 hours in advance, and through ClassPass, 12 hours in advance.

05 Can I make up a class if I missed it and I signed up through ClassPass?

No, it is not possible to recover the class. This policy is unique to the ClassPass application.

06 What is the difference between Pilates Reformer and Pilates Flow?

The main difference between classic Pilates Reformer and Pilates Reformer Flow classes lies in their execution style. In Pilates Reformer, the emphasis is on precision and form, with more static movements and a structured sequence, so certain exercises are repeated class by class. On the other hand, Pilates Reformer Flow is characterized by fluid and continuous movements, often with a faster pace and a greater variety of exercises. The choice between one or the other depends on personal preference as both classes are high intensity.

07 Is it necessary to attend an initiation class if I already have experience in Pilates Reformer?

Yes, even if you have previously attended Pilates classes, it is important to participate in at least one introductory class. This will allow you to familiarize yourself with our method and the specific vocabulary used in our group classes. It is important to note that the initiation classes are not low intensity and it is recommended to attend a maximum of 3 classes.

08 Is it necessary to take initiation classes for Pilates Flow?

No, Pilates Flow classes do not require initiation classes.

09 Are classes taught in English or Spanish?

Pilates Reformer and Pilates Initiation classes are taught in Spanish, while Pilates Flow classes are exclusively in English. You can check class schedules on our website.

10 Are the classes suitable for rehabilitation?

Our classes are not oriented towards rehabilitation. If you have any injury or pathology, we recommend you to contact our WhatsApp if you want to coordinate a personalized class with our physiotherapists.
